Barn Rules/Camp FAQs

EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR SUMMER CAMP:
 
❖ Camp runs daily, rain or shine, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
 
❖ Early drop-off and/or late pick-up can be arranged at your request. Staff members are onsite from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM daily
 
❖ Drop-off/Pick-up area is the ground level deck adjacent to the Trinity Equestrian building

❖ Campers must wait on deck until otherwise instructed by camp staff

❖ Welcome reception for parents and campers every Monday 8:30-9:00 AM

❖ Camper kickoff meeting, intro activity, and name-game every Monday at 9:15 AM Sharp

❖ Cellular phones represent several safety risks and must be checked in with camp staff each morning – parents will have contact info for camp staff in case of emergency and campers may check phones with staff supervision at lunchtime

❖ Please send your child to camp each day with the following:

  •  Plenty of water or a refillable water bottle 
  •  Lunch that does not require refrigeration 
  •  Non-refrigerated snack(s)  
  •  Sunscreen (please also apply once prior to drop-off, too!)

 ❖ Attire requirements are below (each of the links will lead you to our affiliated Amazon shop, we appreciate your business!). You can also shop in person at Horsetown, Dover Saddlery, and Atlanta Saddlery.

ASTM/SEI Approved Helmet

If your rider does not have a helmet, we do have a few to borrow, but let us know so we can reserve one for you! Students under 12 years of age are required to wear a helmet on premises at ALL times please.

Breeches, leggings, or jeans.

No shorts, please! Long pants are a must!

Boots

Boots must have a 1/4 inch heel. Rain boots are ok. No tennis shoes or sandals please!
